Original Painting Returns
I want you to be delighted with your new painting. If you aren't 100% satisfied, please notify me within 3 days of receiving your artwork. You may return your art in perfect condition in its original packaging at your expense for a full refund (minus shipping costs).

Print Returns 
Prints/reproductions are not returnable. If your print is damaged in shipping please contact me.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, I will send you an email to notify you that I have received your returned item, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3 business days.

Return Shipping 
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund. You must pay to insure your return for the value of the painting and use a tracking method.

Shipping Policy
All orders will be shipped in 5-10 business days via USPS priority mail or UPS ground, depending on the size of the parcel.
You will receive a tracking number via email once it has shipped.
All orders valued over $300 require a signature at delivery.

Copyrights
All artwork is the sole property of Kristi Visser and is held under copyright even after purchase. The images, artwork, and contents of this website may not be copied, collected, or used for personal or professional gain without the written permission from Kristi Visser. All images of artwork, sold or otherwise, are retained by Kristi Visser.
